What We Believe

We believe salvation is a gift from God and is obtained by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross.

Ephesians 2:8-9

“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.”

Ephesians 1:7

"In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace"

We believe we are made righteous through Jesus Christ not our own works

2 Corinthians 5:21

“For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”
.
Titus 3: 5

"He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,"

We believe water baptism is symbolic of the death, burial and resurrection of Christ and a testimony to our faith in the Lord Christ Jesus.

Romans 6:4
"We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life."

We believe every believer should be in a growing relationship with God, being transformed by the help of the Holy Spirit.

Titus 2:11–14
"For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works."

1 Peter 2:1-2
"Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind. Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation"

We believe in the gifts of the Spirit.

1 Corinthians 12:4-6

"There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all. Virtual Church"
